How can I check if a product is in stock?

Availability is shown on the product page. The actual, confirmed status is always displayed during checkout. Some items may be fulfilled on request or through partner warehouses.

Is the price shown final?

The product page shows the item price. Any shipping costs or additional services are calculated and displayed before you confirm the order at checkout.

Can I cancel an order right after placing it?

If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, you can request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, the return/withdrawal rules apply.

What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times depend on the product, availability and destination. The most up-to-date information is shown at checkout.

What does “partner warehouse” or “dropshipping” mean?

For some items, shipping may be dispatched directly from a distributor/partner warehouse. Your sales contract and customer support remain with the seller indicated on this website.

Will I receive tracking information?

When available, you will receive a tracking link by email or find it in your account area.

Payments & secure checkout

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may vary depending on country, currency and order type. The options shown at checkout are the ones actually available for your purchase. Depending on your cart, you may see Stripe (card), Satispay or Scalapay.

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). For some transactions, 3D Secure or additional verification may be required by the card issuer.

Do you store my card details?

No. Sensitive payment data (e.g., card number) is handled by payment providers. We may only receive limited technical information required to manage the order (outcome, transaction IDs, refunds).

How many days do I have to return an item?

How do I start a return request (RMA)?

Returns require an RMA procedure. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide the operational instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Warranty & technical support

Do products come with a warranty?

How do you handle DOA (dead on arrival) products?

If the product appears defective on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Photos/videos may be requested to speed up assessment and the best available procedure (replacement/return) will be proposed.

Do you issue invoices?

If you need invoicing, please enter correct details during checkout and contact us promptly. Applicable tax rules are described in the website documents.

Why do I see “VAT not applicable (flat-rate scheme)”?
