Before contacting us (checklist)

To help us assist you faster, please prepare:

  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Product (name or code) and a clear description of the request
  • Photos or screenshots (if relevant: damage, defects, error messages, etc.)

Order confirmation

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email (or find it in your account area, if available). If you can’t find it, please check your spam/promotions folder as well.

Order status and tracking

When available, tracking is sent by email or shown in your account. Timing may vary depending on availability and destination.

Order changes or cancellation

If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, return/withdrawal rules apply.


Payments and secure checkout

Checkout uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). Anti-fraud checks and 3D Secure may apply when required by the payment method or card issuer.

Returns, refunds and defective products

Returns / withdrawal

If you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure on the dedicated page. In most cases, an RMA request is required to manage the return correctly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the rules and timelines of the payment method used. In some cases, it may take a few business days for the refund to be recorded by the provider/issuer.

DOA / defective on arrival

If a product appears defective on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and (if useful) photos/videos to speed up verification.
