1) Shipping method (dropshipping)

Many items are shipped directly from suppliers or logistics partners (dropshipping). Therefore:

  • a single order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments and multiple tracking numbers;
  • the carrier may vary depending on stock location, warehouse availability, weight, volume and destination;
  • all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, logistics constraints or destination-specific issues.

2) Carriers

Shipments may be handled by national and international carriers, including for example BRT, GLS, DHL, UPS, TNT, SEUR, Postal Service and equivalent services. Bulky items may require pallet delivery.

Note: unless a specific option is shown at checkout, customers cannot manually choose a carrier. Carrier selection is automatic based on logistics criteria.

3) Delivery areas

We deliver to the areas enabled at checkout. Availability, timing and shipping options may vary depending on the product and destination, including islands, remote locations and areas subject to logistics restrictions.

4) Order processing time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and shipping data verification.

For orders confirmed by 2:00 PM (Europe/Rome time), processing may start on the same business day. For orders confirmed after 2:00 PM, processing may start on the next business day.

The estimated processing time is 0-3 business days, subject to additional checks, temporary warehouse unavailability, peak periods or other logistics requirements.

5) Estimated delivery times (business days)

The times below are estimates, expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The total estimated delivery time is calculated as the sum of order processing time and carrier transit time.

These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. Delays may occur due to holidays, remote areas, operational checks, customs procedures where applicable, or events beyond the seller’s control.

6) Shipping fees

For deliveries to Italy, unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout or in active promotions, the standard shipping fee is €10.00 per order.

For other destinations enabled at checkout, the applicable shipping fee is displayed before the order is confirmed.

The amount displayed at checkout is the amount applied to the order and prevails in the event of material errors, outdated examples or informational discrepancies.

Note: free shipping is not available unless explicitly stated in a promotion.

7) Tracking

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number, or it will be available in your customer account. Multiple shipments may generate multiple tracking numbers.

8) Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses

  • Deliveries are usually made on business days during standard carrier working hours.
  • If the recipient is absent, the carrier may attempt redelivery or place the shipment on hold according to its own operating rules.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, or if the parcel is refused, the shipment may be returned to sender. Return and reshipping costs may be charged.

9) Parcel inspection and issue reporting

Upon delivery, we recommend that you:

  • check the integrity of the parcel and, if visible anomalies are found, sign with reservation;
  • keep outer packaging, inner packaging and labels until the contents have been fully checked.

Reporting deadlines: to allow us to open a claim with the carrier or supplier within the required time limits, please report:

  • shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery;
  • wrong item, missing items or DOA within 5 days of delivery.

Please send your report to info@xtec.it, including your order number and photos of the parcel on all sides, labels, inner packaging and product. Late reports may make claim handling with carriers or suppliers more difficult or impossible.
